• Yes, you can print and mail as many returns as needed. E-filing Federal has the free ones. E-filing State costs about $25, so I mail those given my paltry return from State.

• I always efile my federal and Mail the state. First select efile and select what you want to efile. After that return has been sent, go back to file a return, do print to mail. It will only let you mail the returns that were not electronically efiled.
