I've always purchased the Deluxe - and really the cost for filing the State is nominal in comparison to others. The Deluxe comes with 1 state download - so if you only have to file 1 state tax - you can do it electronically and incur the fee - or choose to mail the tax return - and avoid the fee.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It seems that it was $19., we put it on a Visa. I cannot be sure but $19. seems to stick.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I usually buy the TurboTax Deluxe Fed efile + state to avoid the state charges. If you use this software to file taxes for more than one person, to avoid the state fee for the second person, simply mail your state tax forms to avoid the fee. You can e-file all 5 federal tax forms free.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turbotax Deluxe plus State clearly states "includes 1 State product via download (print free or e-file for $19.99 each. Under note 6 it states that the e-file fees do not apply to New York state returns. You can print it out and mail it in for free, but I feel that the e-file price is well worth it. No worries about the mail and you know when it was sent and accepted. Plus refunds have been processed very quickly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just print state tax form and send it by mail. It's cheaper.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I only do the e file for the fed, but check the state with this. Then I use the free e file that Ohio has online.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They are around $50, maybe less and I don't think that H&R Block charges extra.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In Ohio the fee is $19.99 to E file. To me, that is too much. I just print out a copy of my State Return and mail it through the mail. I think it cost a little over $1 to mail. Saves me a lot of money to do it this way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.$19.95 (Maryland) is hardly a "killer" fee to pay !? It may even be a State fee you are paying.
