Works fine, not sure it's worth the amount they charge but it does make it easier than pen and paper.

Product is very easy to use. Covers most common situations. Has ability to import data from banks, employers (W-2's), brokers, etc. If you use it in consecutive years it will compare years. If you have a real complex return it may not be the one for you, but for most people it will work great.

I have used TurboTax every year for at least ten years and I swear by it to be the easiest and most accurate tax program on the market. It gets me the biggest refund and allows me to "what if" various tax scenarios!! It also allows me to carry all information forward from the previous year.

We have been using TurboTax since it came out without fail. It takes the pain out of doing your taxes. It helps you find deductions that you would never think of and does a running talley of what you either have coming in your return or what you have to pay.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and think it's great. I can do taxes at my leasuire and be confident that it's correct. The program asks questions about changes (family, job, status, etc) and will direct you to the respective spots to make those changes. I've used it from being single to married, to having kids and changing jobs. I also like that at the end, the program scans the file and gives you an indication of what level of risk you're at to get audited. additionally, if you file more then one year's of taxes w/ Turbo Taxes, they'll compare your year to year changes/refunds. It's interesting to see as well as a second check to see if you may have missed anything.

I use turbo tax every year. It's pretty much full proof and guides you though everything. It transfers prior year data and retains years of your tax history and comparative trends.

I've used TurboTax for the better part of a decade. I would NEVER go back to using paper and doing them myself. The software walks me through questions and based on my answers saves me time by not asking me about things I've said don't pertain to my situation. Once completed I e-file my returns and save both an electronic copy as well as a paper copy...just in case. Once copy of the software allows you to do up to 5 tax returns but you only get one free fed/state e-file combination. To e-file the rest you have to pay TurboTax per return a nominal fee to e-file. NO CHARGE to print and snail mail your return to the tax man.

I've done my taxes for years now with Turbo Tax. What can I say, taxes are never fun & cumbersome, but Turbo Tax has made it easier for me to complete my taxes each year, no matter what my situation may be or how it changes from year-to-year.

it remembers all of last years returns, any upgrades to new tax items are upgraded, it asks you ?'s you may have forgotten or didn't even know you had access to so why for $49.99 should you spend all those $'s going somewhere else people??...

Great product, great price.I have used TurboTax for years. It works great it's easy to use and it's accurate.

I purchased this for a family member who wanted more control over their taxes. I had done the research and come to the conclusion that Turbo Tax was the best choice as it allowed for a free e-file of Federal taxes, unlike other options that did not but of course did not state this on the package. For full disclosure they did have to pay a fee to e-file the State return but it was minimal and did not detract from their experience with the purchase.

Paying taxes isn’t painful but at least this makes tax prep easy. Different versions based on need and cheaper than professional tax preparer. Perfect for simpler tax prep.

I have been using TurboTax since 1998 without an issue. Every year, the software gets easier to use. The program asks ALL the right questions before you go to the next section. Yes, there are several free tax filing software available. At every step, it stops to sell you something. With TurboTax, you can rest assured software is there to get your taxes done right the first time.

I've used Turbo Tax for nearly 20 years. I highly recommend it! If you have never used it before, it is simple. You can import your previous year's tax information if you used Turbo Tax or another software. Then you simply walk through the steps answering the questions or filling in the information asked for. Turbo Tax does all the calculations, etc. The following year is even easier as Turbo Tax will import information from your previous year's tax return. If you don't want to walk through the steps with Turbo Tax you can opt to explore each area yourself. In my case, nothing changes year over year, so it is very easy and quick for me to do my taxes. I just update each section, explore anything new and in 30 minutes I'm done. Do be careful of which version you buy and free online versions. My bank has a free online version, but it isn't really free as there are hidden fees and it does not include state income taxes. This version has the state income taxes for one state. If you catch it on sale like I did, you can get it for around $30. There are a couple of extras that cost extra, which I never use, but you can pay for them if you like. Again, I highly recommend the product!

I could do my taxes myself but why bother when turbo tax does it so easily. I have used it for years and it fills in many blanks without me having to type. It checks itself so I know I have not missed anything. When you are done it downloads to the IRS and lets you know when it is accepted. I will continue to use this every year

Easy to follow and easy to use, not to mention it is very user friendly and visually appealing. This makes a difference when you're working hard to get that maximum refund and be certain that there are no mistakes. The only issue I have is that the e-file for the state return is another $25.00 so keep that in mind when buying. Overall, very satisfied and will continue to be a user, especially since you can import returns from years past and pick up where you left off without interruption!
