Please try again later.Im not sure because I usually use the disk, but a couple years ago my drive was bad and I chatted with Turbotax and they send me a link to download it and I did not need a key. They may have associate my name with the download link though. I'm really not sure, but I bet they would do something similar for you.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a CD included with the Turbo Tax package. My computer does not have a CD player either, but I do have a computer in the house which has one. I copied the contents of the CD to a "thumb" drive / "flash" drive, and I then used the flash drive to install the program. It worked without any difficulty. (The only alternative would be to purchase directly from Intuit, but they were considerably more expensive given the Best Buy coupon I was able to use.)
