No, the switch has two pairs of cables that goes to the two computers. As long as your monitor has its own cable (which it should unless it's a TV), you should be good.

You should already have a monitor cable, that will plug into the KVM switch. So, using your current cables, you should be fine (1 VGA cable from the Monitor, and whatever cables you use currently to connect your mouse/keyboard).
