I know it works with 7 and 8. Unknown about Vista capability.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it will work with any OS. It is OS independent. Simply hitting the scroll lock button on your keyboard twice will switch between inputs. So long as the systems you are connecting to have a 15 pin VGA port, it works fine.
