The GBU521 is designed to be used with a Computer that does not have Bluetooth and has a Windows operating system. In Theory if this is a Bluetooth to Bluetooth connection on your Roku it should work , however this has not been tested by IOGEAR. Again, thank you for choosing IOGEAR.
