Yes you can. However you should download the newest drivers for the Bluetooth device. SetupBtwDownloadSE2 updated drivers for windows 7 professional. From Broadcom Corporation website.You should install them before installing the CD that came with the SUB adapter. It will save you from deleting the application out and putting the new drivers Like all things for Windows 7 there's little tweaking to do! IOGEAR I've had really good luck with it. For the price it is a real good product. I have not worked with Sony applications. So you might have to download some additional drivers from them? I hope this helpful. TP-BLU.

Be aware that you must push hard to get the device, which is quite small, to fully sit in your USB port and you will want to leave it attached after it is there. I also use it with Harmon Kardon BT speaker and it is awesome. Highly recommend!
