• The dock has two video outs, one HDMI and one VGA. It doesn't "drive" monitors itself, that's an issue involving your ASUS Ultrabook's capabilities.

• IOGEAR says: The GUD3C02 is compatible with most computers that have a Thunderbolt or USB C connection that supports DP Alt Mode. We have not tested the GUD3C02 with the AUS B9440U however if it meets these specifications it would work . Thank you for choosing IOGEAR.
