• It should as long as the SD signal is NOT 480i, the GW3DHDKIT will pass 480p, 576p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p and 3D signals but it will not pass a 480i signal.

• If the DirectTV receiver does not have HDMI, then no. If it does, then yes. It has to be HDMI. There are no converters built in.

• If your receiver outputs to HDMI then yes.

• If you have SD receiver, it can't play 3D which is HD content
