- Answer The Acadia speaker requires a 5V, 2A charging block to receive sufficient power for charging. Please double-check your USB power adapter to ensure it meets this requirement. Charging blocks rated at 1A may not provide enough power to properly charge the device. If you have confirmed that your power adapter meets the necessary specifications and the issue persists, please reach out to ION Audio for support.

- Answer The Ion Acadia does not feature a microphone input. It does feature an Aux input, but that would not work with a traditional microphone.
