• Yes with an extra cable. It doesn’t do bluetooth with my truck!

• I have (had) the same problem with my 2019 F-159. My system has no USB connection through my SYNC, plus no audio jack. I tried the Bluetooth, but that also was not compatible to my SYNC system. I went to Walmart and bought the $29.99 FM transmitter and it works great.
