Wireless microphone will definitely work as long as the receiver is connected to the mic input. The user will depends on how many mic your receiver has . This has two mic input . One is regular cable and the other one is XLR input.

You can buy a small desktop mixer and connect the mics to that in order to have 2-4 people singing at once. Further information about compatibility with wireless mics would be dependent on the make and model of the wireless transmitters.
