Hi! Happy to help! Yes, you can stream music from a phone to the speaker via Bluetooth or an auxiliary input on the speaker. The Power Glow comes with a wired microphone. If you wish to use a separate wireless microphone, please make sure that it inclides it's own receiver to be connected to the Power Glow speaker.
