Is the speaker waterproof? null

They’re more like water resistant. I don't leave mine out all the time. They have been out in light rain, and they’re fine,, but I wouldn’t leave them out in big downpours , or all year round in any type of snow. Hope this helps.

No, it is not. The speaker is merely water resistant. I have had to replace mine due to water intrusion. This, if you live in areas with frequent heavy rains, I suggest you store the speaker indoors.
