“I have had my ION for 2 months working great. However, this past week would not connect to either of the tablets we had used in the past. I figured I would re-sync but the Bluetooth on the speaker is not activating. Has anyone else experienced this?”

I had the same problem a day or 2 ago. Also bought mine a few months ago. It would say "connected" but no sound...I finally used the reset button. It works now!
