QuestionIs the original ion solar stone speaker which Best Buy sold for several years compatible and syncable with the newer solar sounds speaker? It comes in the exact same housing and it’s made by the same company but I don’t believe they are compatible.

QuestionIs there a manufacture warranty? We’ve not even had these for a year and already having issues. We keep them inside during cold weather months, out of rain storms, full sun to charge and they are not keeping charged! Please help!

QuestionI received this speaker two weeks ago and today it would not power on. I brought the speaker inside and gave it an ac charge for over 12 hours. This morning, it is still not working.

- Answer Thanks for reaching out. We have a few different models of Solar Rock speakers. If they are the Solar Rock MultiSync speakers that you are referring to, they can be connected wirelessly to any other Ion Speaker that is advertised as "multi-sync enabled."
