• I wouldn't say waterproof, but instead water resistant. As long as you are running off the battery and have all the rubber stoppers in place the speaker can handle some light rain or pool splashes, but should not be submerged.

• It is splash proof but not water proof so you can't submerge it. Hope this helps!

• It is not waterproof. If it begins to rain, bring it indoors. It has a very sturdy design.
