“Will it connect to my smart TV for a better sound from the TV ?”

• I have connected it by aux/headphone port on a tv when I didn’t have a soundbar available. Only downside to that is there is no remote to control sound level and if the cable isn’t snug fitted in the port there is a bit static sound where the cable is touched.
