“We have 3 new of this for the school. The problem is microphone is very low gain. The music is loud but when people speaking, even front row can't hear it, we switched to many other microphones, which are working fine with old models. What's wrong?”

Thanks for reaching out about this! You can press the center volume knob in to toggle whether the volume being adjusted is that of the microphone or the speaker itself. Try depressing the center button and turning that knob to adjust your microphone volume, and you should be all set!
