• Because the rest of the volume comes from your phone so put it on 30 then turn up your volume on the phone

• You have most likely hit the max level. If the level is still not high enough, please check the volume of the source device. If you are transmitting Bluetooth to the unit, make sure the volume on the Bluetooth device is not too low.
