A:AnswerIt is Bluetooth. Works well when I used it and good range. Sounds amazing and it is adjustable (more / less bass). You have to plug it into outlet to power it. Has alot of watts so I do not think it would be as good on battery power.
A:AnswerI agree, it seems to be Bluetooth related. I was watching a movie with Bluetooth for outside movie night and the Bluetooth volume was max. Off every 15. Switched to aux and no problem. Ion - just be honest. It's a problem with the Bluetooth, recall or replace.
