“After having mine for awhile all of a sudden it just stopped charging my phone ? I have a IPhone 12 Pro Max. The arms work just not the charger . Went to buy a new one , the same thing is happening . What could it be ?!?”

Could be that your IPhone protective case is interfering with the charging process. Perhaps, you could try removing the case and see if it makes a difference. Apple offers an IPhone 12 case that is compatible with wireless chargers.
