Does this work with an iPhone XR? null

Yes it holds it well. The charging seems a bit slow but I am using an Otterbox case and the box says the charging is only 5W for iPhone and 10W for Android? But it does say Fast Charging, so hard to say.

Yes. It works with any phone that has Qi wireless charging.
