• No is doesn’t. There is space on the bottom on the left, middle, and right for a cord to fit. There is even a magnet on the back to hold the cord when phone isn’t in use for ease of access next time you use the holder.

• it shouldn't but if it does then you should grab one of those headphone/charge port usb type c dongles for your phone so when you use the phone holder everything is just ready with one plug into your car set up.
