Hi John! The Velox Magnetic Air Vent Mount works with MagSafe compatible cases for the iPhone 12/13 series (i.e. iPhone 12, 12 mini, 12 pro, 12 Pro Max). There are compatible cases that are clear, and others that are colored. In general, the compatible cases that are clear will have a white circle on the back.
