A:AnswerIt is not possible to replace a battery for an iPhone X with the battery of an iPhone 11; you'll be receiving an iPhone X battery when getting a replacement. With that being said, once the battery health hits 90, you should replace it (or whenever you're feeling that your phone dies quickly).
A:AnswerHi Hannah. Thank you for your great question! Generally, the service, which is $49, is just the labor. So in this case, that's all you would need. I hope this helps. If you have any further questions on this, I'd recommend speaking with your local Best Buy's Geek Squad. You can find information about your local store at www.bestbuy.com/storelocator.
A:AnswerI am going in and ordering the battery by appt. Then, BB will call me when it comes in. THEN, I will make ANOTHER appt. for them to replace it. You shouldn't have to wait long if you have an appt. for it to be replaced. They should do it right then and there, that's why you make an appt.

A:AnswerI went thru Best Buy to replace the face plate and battery in my IPhone and they kept it about a week and it cost roughly $150. I obviously had to replace the screen protector, but, because I purchased it from Best Buy they installed it for me. Lifetime warranty for about $30 bucks plus tax.
A:AnswerI’ve personally never had a battery replaced but the staff at the location on Bluebonnet is extremely efficient and well trained. But I suggest making an appointment and not trying to do a walk in.
A:AnswerI am sure this is probably dependent on the location of the store. You would probably be better to call the Best Buy you are planning on using.
