A:AnswerThanks for your question, Kristen. We may be able to replace your iPhone battery, but we would want to check your phone out to be sure. Please visit www.geeksquad.com/schedule to set up a free consultation at your local Best Buy.
A:AnswerI went thru Best Buy to replace the face plate and battery in my IPhone and they kept it about a week and it cost roughly $150. I obviously had to replace the screen protector, but, because I purchased it from Best Buy they installed it for me. Lifetime warranty for about $30 bucks plus tax.
A:AnswerI’ve personally never had a battery replaced but the staff at the location on Bluebonnet is extremely efficient and well trained. But I suggest making an appointment and not trying to do a walk in.
A:AnswerI am sure this is probably dependent on the location of the store. You would probably be better to call the Best Buy you are planning on using.
A:AnswerHi there. Thanks for your question. It can depend on whether or not the phone had Applecare or if you're a Total Tech Support member. The price can vary due to those. Please give us a call at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778 or contact your local Best Buy to get an answer based on you.
A:AnswerBest Buy can’t actually replace batteries themselves, they just tell you that to get you in the store. They have to send it off to Apple and leave you without a phone for several days.
