Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, was enacted in November 1986. Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. If a warning is placed on a product label, the business issuing the warning is aware or believes that it could expose individuals to one or more listed chemicals. As such, we continue to collect information from our suppliers to ensure full compliance with OEHHA and all other regulatory standards.
