Q: QuestionI am a Norwex consultant and love to clean my house with the sanitizing products like the enviro cloth... how do these pads attach and could I use a different pad with it?

• A:Answer Hi chem-free: The robot actually "reads" the attached pad to determine how it should clean. It will clean differently depending on if the reusable, dry sweep or wet mop pad is attached, so relies on identifying the pad.
