“Brava jet m6 connected to Alexa- when I ask Alexa to mop, it says “ fill the tank & close the lid” even if both are done & won’t start. I am able to launch mop via both App + “clean button - no issue. Also I am able to pause brava via Alexa.”

Did you get an answer for this? My Braava jet m6 keeps saying to “close the lid and press clean” even if the lid clicks closed. We reached out to customer support and they told us there is nothing wrong and we are not under warranty anymore.
