• There are several settings that would dictate this answer. You can adjust the amount spray that comes out with each squirt, and you can adjust how many passes it takes to clean the room. On the lowest 2 settings (little spray with fewer passes) I can mop my house on a single tank. (1700 sqft). These setting are perfect for everyday mopping

• The square footage depends on a few things (how much cleaning is needed, what cleaning method is chosen, how many obstacles). If it runs low on water, the robot will prompt you. If it runs low on battery, it will return to its base, recharge and pick up where it left off to complete its mission.
