• Hello, We would suggest contacting our customer service for the mentioned issues by going to www.global.irobot.com, choosing your country and contacting us via phone or our e-mail contact form. Otherwise, you can use another I7 with the same Clean Base, but the Braava jet m6 has a separate base.

• i guess any irobot roomba that can connect with the app can work. of course I say look at the info in the page with the braava.
