I think the warranty depends on the country. They do not warranty in the Philippines for instance. I have mine plugged in directly to 220-240 volts.
 But this bot has problems with transitions between my hardwood and tile floors, would not recommend buying this bot.

You'll actually want to use your robot in its country of purchase in terms of both warranty and voltage
