If you use distilled water and the Irobot cleaning solution, it shouldn't leave streaks. It's possible that your floor needs to deep clean first, as the M6 is more for light messes and overall general maintenance of your floor. I used a Bissell Spinwave to clean our floors thoroughly first, then used the IRobot M6 and I've had no issues since.
