“The bin has about a teaspoon of dust in it. The clean base bag has 3 tablespoons of dust in it. Why does it indicate, Time to Clean?”

• No idea, the product says that the trash bag last for 2 months I think. The time might come even though is empty. Try removing and putting the same bag back.
