Hi, great question. The Roomba will navigate under your dining room table and chairs. The Roomba has smart sensors in its soft touch bumper that helps it navigate around objects.

Depends on the type. If you have a lot of chairs the roomba is going to take forever trying to navigate through the chair legs. It will go under anything as long as nothing is in its way, under the couch or bed etc.
