“675 Roomba having problems going back to dock. Usually dies before it makes it back. Suggestions?”

• Dealing with IRooba tech support is DIFFICULT!! Very hard to hear, not primarily English speaking, and when the order was finally placed they didn't have the house number on the address! Calling them to fix took 20 mins.! Hope I get the replacement part.....
