Not much, they sell refresher kits for around $30 that contain all the consumable components needed to make it basically brand new again. I haven’t needed to buy anything. I’ll clean hair and anything tangled in the rollers which come out very easily after every few cleanings and keep the filter clean (washable) and it’s good to go! The only thing that may need to be replaced more often is the spinning wisp which is just one screw. I’ve had mine for a while and it’s still working fine but I foresee needing a new wisp within the next few months, but they’re only $5-7 bucks, anything that spins at high speeds and rubs against anything abrasive will eventually wear out!
