The Roomba 690 has a 90-minute run time on a full charge. It will automatically dock and recharge when the battery runs low.

The vacuum will usually run about 1 hour and 10-20 minutes on a mixture of carpet and hardwood. May go longer if there were no carpet involved. As far as how soon you have to replace the batteries I'm not sure, bought one for my mom and it has run a total of 91 hours 8 minutes according to the app and the battery still lasts like new.

About 3 hours, it will run a full cycle and return to its base for a recharge.
