• The brushes will not scratch your floors. And all Roombas have soft-touch bumpers to avoid damage: the Roomba will slow as it approaches any barrier and gently navigate away from or around it.

• Mine does a wonderful job on tile and laminate. We have used it over a year and I don’t see any marks. It bumps on the baseboard and legs gently to turn to another direction. You will love it. Picks up dirt like crazy.

• I placed little bumpers on the unit to make sure it doesn’t leave marks on the mounding. I haven’t seen any marks on the walls or woodwork before I added the bumpers

• The brush is not like a traditional vacuum brush so it wont leave scratches. But be prepared that it wont pick up ever piece of dirt.
