- Answer It can be used without Wifi, but I think it is better to have it. But you can just press the power button and it will run without wifi. My kids press the button all the time. But it is helpful to have the app if it gets stuck next to something and you need to track it down. It got stuck under one of our beds and I could not get it out and couldn't find it. The track noise really helps.

- Answer Hello Bryan, Our Roomba 694 should come with a virtual wall barrier, but you can buy one separately as well and use it.
