The iRobot Roomba 960 comes with a single virtual wall sensor that creates an invisible barrier the Roomba will not cross (up to 7ft, according to their website). You can find additional information on their webpage (https://homesupport.irobot.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7304/~/overview-of-the-virtual-wall%C2%AE.). You can purchase additional barriers ($49.99 each) if interested.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, your Roomba comes with one unit to build a "Wall" by a unseen laser. You place this unit in the area you want your Roomba to stop and turn around. You can also purchase additional units to place throughout your house. I have Three so Roomba can do her job without my intervening!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 960 comes with one (1) virtual wall. The wall is a small box and you place it on the floor near the room you want to keep the robot out of. There are additional walls sold separately. Also depending on the model, there may be two (2) walls included.
