“Will this vacuum scratch laminate flooring or not, I noticed someone answered that it will work for hardwood and someone else says it will scratch hardwood, so can anyone please confirm if it will not scratch my brand new laminate flooring PLEASE.”

• There’s nothing on the bottom of the Roomba 960 that would cause damage to any flooring. All Roombas are tested and approved for use on both carpeted and hard surfaces.
