“Can this be used on all types of carpets? Has carpet damage been reported?”

• This product works well on carpet. While the pick-up quality has been rated higher on low pile carpet, we have mid-high pile carpet in our upstairs and it did a great job. No damage to report. High pile and Shag rugs are a bit of a tricky area and can get caught or refuse to attempt them - FYI

• Best on low pile carpet. I haven’t had any damage and don’t see how it could damage a carpet unless you have a rug with frills and it eats those up.

• There's no issue with varying carpet types, and not aware of any damage reports
