“I bought a roomba 960 from Best Buy. It arrived came with a charging station but no recharging cord to the station. Does it make sense? $300 product but no recharger cord? Please help”

• There should have been a plug that came with it. You may have to return and let them know there is missing pieces.

• The charging cord in in the cardboard packing material used to secure the Roomba. Look back in the box and unfold all of the cardboard peices.

• There should be a cord. Double check the packaging. If it is not there, you should either return it or contact iRobot to have one sent to you.
