• Absolutely. All Roombas work on finished floor surface. It will also clean or go around your area rugs, depending on their size and weight.

• Absolutely works on hardwood, tile, carpet, and rugs as I have all 4 and 3 of them are in two adjoining rooms. Roomba just adjusts seamlessly to each change.
