Flip over make sure nothing is in rollers or even take rollers out and wipe inside i believe there is a sensor maybe it takes 5 minutes and there is easy to read pictures on device to put back properly
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this happen but if you flip over make sure nothing is caught between rollers I would even suggest taking rollers out and wiping with cloth so all is clean it only takes 5 minutes and very easy to read instructions how to put back
