I have a pug and the hair is crazy!!! Mine is full every time I use it. I love how it works. I run it every night

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hope you examined your 960 for anything which might have jammed the brush or rollers. This unit on my first run got into all sorts of trouble and I needed to rescue it each time and I learnt what not to leave on the floor
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You are saying there are no brushes? The 960 should have a tri-wing brush that mounts to one side on the bottom. Was this an open box? I found this to do a great job on pet hair with the brush installed.
