“Is this unit recommended for recently completed stained/polished concrete floors. It is an office that is attached to a manufacturing facility with, at times, heavy foot traffic. Any suggestions based on experience good or bad.”

iRoomba is no different then running a regular vacuum over the floors. I don't think there would be any issue....unless the finish isn't dry yet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So far so good- I have wood floors with area rugs and not a problem. I also live in a house with 3 dogs and a cat. So you can imagine the pet hair. It runs every day at 8:00 am. I had 3 of another brand - returned the last one and purchased the Roomba. Good deal!!!!
